Touchstone has clients in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. Touchstone offers numerous training options at its Training Centre in Harare for companies' Payroll, HR and Finance staff. Basic courses on Labour Legislation are offered for those new to payroll, and also for Workers' Committees. The flagship product is PayDay, the Microsoft Windows-based payroll suited to the Windows 7 and 10 environments. It is fully networkable, and is multi-user.

This is our Windows-based payroll system suitable for all types of business in Southern Africa. Briefly some of the main features are: direct electronic payment (via authenticated file and email) a selection of comprehendable payslip formats abundant reports for the Accountants and Auditors, including an audit trail, and a History file with inquiry facilities, and a general ledger posting with options to interface with well-known accounting packages. batch input options, useful for overtime capture, and general increases in allowances such as transport and housing, general pay increases, and long service awards importation of information from Excel (or other csv) files.
